On 28th February 2022, the U.S. Ambassador, His Excellency Brian McFeeters and the Mayor of Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang, YBHg. Dato’ Ar. Yew Tung Seang together
with students, parents and teachers joined the launching of the American Tech Corner on Wheels (ATC-on-Wheels) at Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang Makerspace@Balik Pulau.
VIPs and guests also enjoyed a series of booth activities such as robotics, coding, 3D printing, DNA extraction, microscopy technique, neuroscience tech, drones, virtual reality and augmented reality.
This program is aimed to spark students’ interest in STEM education across Penang.
