Penang Science Cluster (PSC) (formerly known as Penang Science Council) is an industry-led initiative in collaboration with the State Government. It was initiated by YAB Chief Minister in 2009 and formally incorporated 2012.

Our first centre was in Krystal Point, with the first workshop starting on 14 December 2013, and was officially opened by Penang’s Chief Minister on 18 April 2014.

Now we have our 13 000 sq. ft. main centre, PSC@Heritage, at the Wisma Yeap Chor Ee building in Georgetown that was launched on 5 December 2015. The entire ground floor is provided rent-free to PSC by Penang Development Corporation.
